When Prima was established in 2000 it was our aim to provide accountancy services to Limited Company Contractors and Freelance Professionals who want more from their accountant than just a bookkeeping/payroll service. Our Contractor Limited Company service allows you to be a director and owner of your own personal company with the reassurance that your administration and accounts are being managed by professional accountants for a fixed monthly fee.
Under this option we will set up a company specifically for you, i.e. you will be a director and 100% owner of the company. We’ll register the company for VAT, PAYE and Corporation Tax and set you up as an employee of the company so that you can pay your tax on a monthly basis. We’ll even help you to open the company bank account.
As part of our ongoing service we will deal with all the accounting, taxation and company secretarial requirements for the company, from issuing your invoices through to the end of year accounts preparation and submission of tax and CRO returns. All tax and accounting matters are dealt with by qualified accountants, including assistance with your expenses and advising you how best to draw an income from the company.
