Contractor Umbrella Company

An umbrella company is a long-established and convenient option which allows contractors most of the benefits of being a limited company, but without all of the responsibilities and cost that creating a limited company would involve. Our Umbrella Company solutions are for contractors looking for a low cost convenient solution, with the backing of a professional team of accountants and qualified payroll managers.

Under this option you will join one of our contractor umbrella companies and we deal with all accountancy, taxation and company secretarial matters for the company, so all you have to worry about is submitting your timesheet on time.

Your payment will be processed on the same day that we receive payment from your client/agency, and you will receive a payslip showing all deductions from your income. All your taxes are paid on a monthly basis so when your contract ends you simply receive a P45 and walk away with no further tax to pay.

You can enter your timesheets using our online contractor portal, which can also be used to view your invoices, timesheets and payslips. If you have any questions your Account Manager will also be on hand to deal with telephone & email queries.

There are no set-up or exit fees on any of our Contractor Umbrella Company solutions, and as we offer a low fixed monthly fee there are no percentage charges, which means no surprises when you view your payslip.
